Top company with international operations is seeking a suitably qualified candidate to join their operations in West Africa.

Main functions:

Supervision of workshop, including earthmoving equipment, land clearing equipment and subordinates.

Cost control.

Programming and implementation of fleet maintenance programs.

Requirements:

FRENCH COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE ESSENTIAL.

Diesel mechanic qualification (trade certified or higher).

At least 6 years experience in similar role.

Able to motivate and lead a team consisting of both local and expatriate staff members.

Proficiency in English essential.

Computer literacy.

Previous working experience in Africa essential.
